What Fortune Delight is

It is a concentrated herbal beverage powder in single-serving packets, built on camellia (green tea) leaf with supporting herbs. It dissolves instantly — no steeping, no strainer, no waiting — in hot or cold water.

The design intent is hydration across the whole day rather than a single ceremonial cup, which is why it comes in flavours and why the dilution range is so wide.

How to make it

One packet into 8 oz gives a strong, tea-like cup. The same packet into a litre bottle gives a light, faintly flavoured water you can drink all afternoon. Both are correct; adjust to taste and to budget.

Caffeine, calories and sweetening

There is naturally occurring caffeine from the camellia leaf, but the amount per glass is modest and scales directly with how much you dilute the packet. Most people find it does not interfere with sleep at typical dilutions, though sensitive individuals should keep it before mid-afternoon.

It has no sugar and effectively no calories. If you want it sweeter, a few drops of SunnyDew stevia concentrate does it without adding carbohydrate.
